Diamond Cue Recreation Academy - owner, operator of family recreation center from 1979 to 1984.
Toadametric Promotions - owner, entertainer, promoter, author, educator, instructor, player in all professional forms (1974 to present) - Renamed "Dr. Cue" Promotions in October of 1989.

Special Note: Made 7 out of 7 “wing shots” in Prop/Novelty/Special Arts, which duplicated personal record for this challenge from the 2004 WPA Las Vegas Open. Set world record score of 244 points overall during this event, only to be surpassed a few hours later by the rising “artistic pool” superstar Lucasz Szywala of Poland, who established a new and phenomenal world record of 270 points out of 333 possible.

Special Note: Made 7 our of 7 “wing shots” in Prop/Novelty/Special Arts Discipline and completed the “clean sweep” of “artistic pool” championship victories in all 8 “artistic pool” disciplines since its multi-titled format in May of 2000 – by virtue of winning the Stroke Discipline in this event.

Has provided instructional and entertainment material and promotions for numerous television and radio interviews/scripts, including AM Cleveland, PM Magazine, and the syndicated show on Sports Channel of America entitled THIS WEEK IN POCKET BILLIARDS, plus many sports shorts, industry commercials, and promotional appearances. Averaging over 200 shows/clinics per year, time is found to do benefit events and special function developments centered on billiard medium fund-raisers.

1990 – Founder of modern day “artistic pool” movement

1993 to present – "Dr. Cue" has developed and directed "Artistic Pool" competitions throughout the billiard industry for the youth, amateur, and pro players, which have established national/world titles for players of every age interested in this unique competitive challenge.

1999 – "Dr. Cue" was appointed Chairman of the WPA (World Pool-Billiard Association) committee for "Artistic Pool" competitions on the world front, which started in May of 2000 with the 1st sanctioned WPA World Championship.

2002 thru 2005 – WPA appointed President of WPA Artistic Pool Division with primary responsibilities to the WPA via the WPA APD for the recognition, promotion, and development of Artistic Pool worldwide.

2002 thru 2004 –Tournament Director for European “Artistic Pool” Championship events.

2003 – IAPA (International Artistic Poolplayers Association) Events/Tour Financial Administrator.

2004 – IAPA Player Board Member and Event Consultant

2004 – Established Foundation of RACK and RACK ROOM concepts to foster a healthy and multipurpose ministry/mission for our sport, and initiated a focus on training and player incentive programs at all levels of skill development and membership drive interests.

2005 – APTSA (Artistic Pool and Trick Shot Association) Committee Consultant and APTSA Finance Committee Chairman to present day.

2005 – President of Artistic Cue Entertainment Group International, LLC, which is a new and unique company developed for the production and promotion of the “artistic cuesports” worldwide. The “beauty” and “promise” of the varied billiard artforms will consist of competitive events, training and certification programs, plus a corporate funded advancement and recognition of “artistic” skills, using the “gifts” and “talents” of a rapidly expanding player/fan base. All functions transferred to Dr. Cue Promotions control in 2007.

2006 – Tournament/Event Director for 1st ever Lithuanian “Artistic Pool” Championship and establishment of special training for Lithuanian players interested in “artistic pool.

2006 – Production and Promotion plans for the Dr. Cue Classic Artistic Pool Tour with 4 league foundational tour stops and a grand finale Dr. Cue Signature Classic “Artistic” Cup I event, with primary funding by Dr. Cue Promotions. Development of new entertainment online "sport and show” entity for tour players entitled Artistic Pool Playing Artists (APPA).

2007 – Dr. Cue Classic Artistic Pool Tour completes successful tour season with over 500 entries for foundational league events and the largest open field size ever for a major event – The Dr. Cue Signature Classic Artistic Cup I (January – 2008)

2008 – Dr. Cue Classic Artistic Pool Tour continues for 2nd year with 4 foundational league stops, and the Dr Cue Signature Classic Artistic Cup II in November of 2008. Local promotional concept for Artistic Pool Shootout (APS) events and select Room Cup events…all under the umbrella of Dr Cue Promotions special artistic pool promotions and creative ideas for the overall sport development.

2008 – Began Senior Advisor position to APTSA (Artistic Pool and Trick Shot Association) Board

2009 – Foundation of RACK development for special needs in billiard industry, plus special audition process for “table trotter” star for 2009. Dr. Cue Artistic Pool Tour enhances its 3rd year with comprehensive “sport and show” promotions with continued junior / league shootouts, the Dr Cue Classic Artistic Cup III, and a unique online and final site “search” process for “artistic pool” talent under “In Search Of Cue-Dean-E” contest title!
